Dr. Frank Gamadey

Dr. Frank Mawuyome Kwame Gamadey is a seasoned auditing, accounting, and investment management professional with over 27 years of experience across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, oil marketing, automobile, and investment banking in both the private and public sectors of Ghana. Currently serving as the Director of Audit at the Ghana Highway Authority, Frank has held multiple senior executive roles, such as Financial Controller & Head of Administration and Head of Asset Management.

Frank holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of Applied Business Research (MABR) from the Swiss Business School, Switzerland, and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Ghana. He is a Fellow of the ACCA (UK), a member of ICA (Ghana), and holds other professional memberships, including the Institute of Internal Auditors (Ghana) and Certified Internal Control Professional (USA).

Renowned for his expertise in corporate governance, public financial management, strategic leadership, and forensic investigation, Frank has led numerous training programs for senior management and boards of various organizations, including Media General Ghana Ltd and the Ghana Revenue Authority. His extensive boardroom and executive management experience, coupled with his academic accolades, such as the award for The Most Outstanding Thesis at his doctoral graduation, make him a highly respected figure in his field.

Dr. Frances Enyonam Sosoo

Dr. Frances Enyonam Sosoo is a seasoned Fellow Chartered Accountant and accomplished internal audit leader with over 25 years of cross-sector experience in public and private institutions. She currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Ghana’s Ministry of Defence, where she leads the design and implementation of audit strategies to enhance transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Her extensive career spans roles in financial reporting, treasury, project finance, external and internal audits, risk assurance, and advisory services, with notable tenures at Vodafone Ghana, several key Ministries, and top audit firms.

Dr. Frances holds a PhD in Business Administration, an EMBA in Finance, and a Bachelor of Commerce, along with multiple professional certifications including in mental health counselling and alternative dispute resolution. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and an active member of numerous professional and civic committees, including serving on the ICAG Council and as Chairperson of its Examination Committee. Her leadership is marked by a strong commitment to improving financial systems, internal controls, professional mentoring, and capacity development.

Ebenezer Kwadwo Omari-Mireku

Ebenezer Kwadwo Omari-Mireku is a Chartered Accountant and a member of prominent professional organizations, including Institute of Directors (Ghana), Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), ACCA and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Ghana and Global. He graduated from the University of Ghana with a BSc in Statistics and Computer Science.

Mr. Omari-Mireku is a highly experienced Internal Auditor with over 25 years in the energy sector. He has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results-driven audits, including IT, financial, and risk management reviews, to optimize organizational performance

Currently, Mr. Omari-Mireku is the Director Audit at Volta River Authority (VRA) and the Vice President of IIA Ghana and serves on Audit Committees of state entities. Additionally, he is a founding member and Executive Director of the MAO Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting basic and secondary level students in achieving academic excellence.

Mr. Omari-Mireku is a skilled professional with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. He is a seasoned conference speaker and is dedicated to mentoring and empowering the next generation through training, teaching, and family life education.

Prince Jacob Niitan

Prince Jacob Niitan is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional, currently serving as Head of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer (AMLRO), and Data Protection Supervisor (DPS) at OmniBSIC Bank Ghana Limited. With a career marked by impactful roles in operational risk and audit management, Prince has consistently driven excellence, innovation, and ethical practices in financial institutions.

He is recognized for his transformational leadership, fostering transparency, accountability, and integrity across teams. Notably, he established internal controls at Union Savings and Loans (now Omnibank) and implemented effective compliance and AML frameworks that have helped avert financial crimes.

A member of several prestigious professional bodies, Prince also holds certifications in cybersecurity and ISO27001. He has contributed as a panellist at international compliance workshops and pursued executive education at the London School of Economics and the Promise Institute, Dubai. Currently studying for an MSc in Data Science, Prince combines his background in commerce and finance with skills in Python, data analytics, AI, and leadership development. Passionate about mentoring, Christian evangelism, and continuous improvement, he is committed to positioning OmniBSIC Bank as a model of operational integrity and compliance excellence.

Frederick Pokoo-Aikins

Frederick Pokoo-Aikins is an accomplished Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professional with 28 years of experience spanning the private, public, and third sectors. As CEO of Redric Consulting and Lead Facilitator at PrimePulse, he provides strategic advisory and capacity-building support with a strong focus on internal auditing, governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance, and fraud risk management.

Frederick holds an MBA in Governance and Risk Management and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Technical Specialist in Risk Management (SIRM), and a Member of the Institute of Directors Ghana (MIOD). His audit expertise includes operational, financial, compliance, and IT audits. In recent years, he has become a strong advocate for integrating Artificial Intelligence into internal audit to enhance planning, analytics, and continuous monitoring.

A recognized international speaker, Frederick is also deeply passionate about leadership development and soft skills.
